RUM CAKE | |
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix (not with pudding in it) 4 eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2/3 c. water 1/3 c. rum 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding Mix all and pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. While warm, prick top of cake and brush with glaze: 1/4 c. white sugar 1 tbsp. rum 1 tbsp. water Cook in saucepan, stirring constantly over heat until sugars are dissolved. |
