CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 chicken breast halves or 12 thighs
1 stick butter, melted

Mix crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken into butter; roll in crumb mixture. Place in baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.
