CHICKEN CACCIATORE | |
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes (whole) 1 sm. bell pepper 1 sm. onion 1 tsp. minced garlic 3 bay leaves 1 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. oregano 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional) 1 bag thighs or 5 chicken breasts, cut in half (skin off) Mix all ingredients together and cook slow all day or bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 8. |
