CHICKEN ELEGANTE 
4 c. cooked chicken pieces (breasts or thighs)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (I use fresh)
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. bread crumbs or corn flakes
Paprika, salt and pepper

Melt butter, stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Stir in soup, blue cheese, marjoram and half of Parmesan. Heat to just under boiling and add sour cream. Arrange broccoli in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Cover with chicken. Pour sauce over. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese mixed with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. If made the day before heat at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
