WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH 
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 c. wheat flour
1 tbsp. dry yeast (1 package)
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. warm water

In large bowl, dissolve sugar in water. Sprinkle yeast over and let stand 10 minutes or until foamy. Combine flours and salt in separate bowl. Stir oil into yeast mix, stir in half of flour mix. Add more flour until dough can be gathered into sticky ball. Knead dough 5 minutes. Cut in half. Cover with waxed paper and let rise 10 minutes. Roll each half into a 12" circle. Transfer to lightly oiled pans. Stretch dough into large circles. Let rise 15 minutes before adding toppings. Let raise 30 minutes for thicker crusts.
