SHISH - K - BOBS 
1 bottle tarragon wine vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
20 whole peppercorns
2 c. canned jalapenos with juice
6 garlic cloves, peeled and mashed
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
3 heaping tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
Sirloin steak, cubed

Mix all ingredients together; add steak cubes. Marinate for at least 8 hours. Put steak on skewers. Save some marinade and add about 1 tablespoon olive oil and use for basting. Put on barbecue grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
