NANNIE'S BUTTER PIE | |
2 tbsp. butter, softened 2/3 c. sugar less 1 tbsp. 1 egg 3 heaping tbsp. flour 1 can Milnot 1 c. water 1/2 tsp. vanilla cinnamon unbaked pie crust Put butter in mixing bowl. Soften. Add sugar and egg. Beat together. Add flour. Blend together. Add Milnot and water. Add vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie crust and bake at 400°F to set (approximately 8 minutes). Turn down to 350°F and bake until done. (Filling will move a little in center.) Baking time: About 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon. |
