PUDDING AND COCONUT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. coconut
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix flour, sugar, butter, and coconut at 350 degrees until brown, about 1/2 hour. Keep mixing as cooking and let cool.

Make pudding as box directs. Add Cool Whip to pudding. Put 1/2 of the crunch on top. Then Cool Whip mixture, then other 1/2 of crunch.
