BAKED SHRIMP AND CRAB CASSEROLE | |
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat (well drained & flaked) 1 (4 oz.) can shrimp (well drained) 1 1/2 c. celery 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. pimento, cut up 3/4 c. sour cream 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1 c. soft bread crumbs 1 tbsp. soft butter Mix first set of ingredients together; then mix second set of ingredients together and add to first set. Sprinkle crumbs on top and put in 6 x 10 or 7 x 11 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. If you want to prepare this in advance, do not add sour cream mixture until ready to bake. |
