IMPERIAL CRAB CASSEROLE | |
3 c. cooked rice 1 lb. crab meat 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1/4 c. chopped parsley 2 tbsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. buttered bread crumbs Mix all but last 2 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 of cheese. Mix lightly but well. Turn into shallow greased 2 quart baking dish. Combine remaining cheese, buttered crumbs, spread on casserole. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serves 8-10. |
