FLORIDA BROCCOLI 
1 lg. head broccoli
1 med. onion
10 fresh mushrooms

Steam and chop.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 to 1 1/2 c. milk

4 oz. cream cheese and 4 oz. Velveeta cheese

White Sauce: Combine 3 ingredients and stir constantly at medium high until thickened and bubbling. Turn heat to low. Drop cheeses in gradually until melted and blended. Add vegetables and mix well. Put in a casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
