1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 can butterscotch pudding pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butterscotch bits

Mix together cake mix, eggs and pie filling. Pour into prepared cake 9x13 inch pan. Mix together sugar, nuts and butterscotch bits. Sprinkle over the top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
