FLORIDA CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream -or-
1/2 cup milk and 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar.

Beat the above. Bring to a boil:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Add to above mixture. Beat well and pour into greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1" pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, make the icing.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 good c. chopped nuts

Bring to boil:

7 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Add to sugar mixture. Spread over cake as soon as it comes out of oven.

Serves 20.
