SPINACH DIP 
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 env. Lipton vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 sm. diced onion (optional)
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed

Mix all together and serve in scooped-out loaf of pumpernickel bread.
