SPECIAL SPINACH DIP 
1 env. Lipton vegetable soup mix
1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts

Mix dry soup with sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in spinach that has been thawed and drained squeeze dry. Add water chestnuts, drained and chopped. Chill. Makes 3 cups. Serve with bread sticks, chips or vegetables.
