1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 sm. green onions
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
12 oz. frozen spinach
1 pack vegetable soup mix (powdered) such as Knorr's or Lipton

Chop water chestnuts and onions. Drain or squeeze spinach. Combine soup mix, onions, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Add spinach, mix thoroughly. Decorate with parsley or crackers.
