1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorrs dried leek soup (Or Lipton golden onion)
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped (optional)

Defrost spinach and squeeze out all moisture. Mix all ingredients together and serve chilled. Serve on crackers.
