SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. frozen (10 oz.) spinach drain, thawed and chopped well
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 sm. onion
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise dressing
1 pkg. Lipton vegetable soup mix

Mix all together. Chill for 5 hours or more. Serve with favorite crackers. Fresh cooked spinach may be used if available also. Also good served with fresh vegetables sticks.
