1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
1 pkg. Lipton country style vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked, cooled, chopped

Blend all ingredients together and chill 1-2 hours before serving.
