RASPBERRY PARTY PIE | |
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen raspberries or sliced 1 pkg. raspberry flavored Jello strawberries 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 2 (8 inch) baked pie shells Drain fruit. Add water to juice to make 2 1/2 cups; heat to boiling. Dissolve Jello in hot liquid. Add 1 quart vanilla ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill until thick, not set. Fold in berries. Pour into 2 (8 inch) pie shells (already baked). Chill until firm and decorate as desired. Makes 2 pies. |
