32 marshmallows
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cream, whipped, or 2 c. Cool Whip
Baked pie crust or graham cracker crust

Place the first 5 ingredients in a double boiler and heat until marshmallows are melted. Cool. Add whipped cream and mix well. Pour in baked crust and chill for several hours before serving.
