2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Bring to boil in saucepan the butter, water and cocoa. Cool. Add the sugar and eggs. Alternately add and mix the sour milk, flour, baking soda and salt.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Icing:

1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Boil the butter, cocoa and milk. Add the powdered sugar.
