KING RANCH CHICKEN 
4 lg. chicken breasts, boiled and boned
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. pkg. Fritos
1 c. hot chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (with green chili)
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp. each of chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder

Wilt chips in hot chicken broth, spread in bottom of 9 x 13 1/2 baking dish. Spread boned chicken breasts (8 halves) on top. Add onion, bell pepper and 1/2 of grated cheese.
