KING RANCH CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, cooked & boned (or 1 whole chicken, cooked & boned)

SAUCE:

1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel hot tomatoes
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion
1 pkg. flour tortillas, cut into strips

Layer chicken, tortillas, cheese, then sauce. Make final layer cheese. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees in 9 x 13-inch pan.
