Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 (1 lb.) pkg. brownie mix
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/4 c. chopped nuts (pecan or walnut)
Whipped cream

Prepare brownie mix as directed on package for fudgy brownies. Spread mixture evenly in pie shell. Pour chocolate syrup evenly over top. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm, topped with whipped cream.
