1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (jello)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pale dry sherry (Gallo)
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Mix altogether. Bake in greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Makes 2 loaves. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while cooling in pan. Sprinkle bottom when you turn out onto cooling rack.
