TEXAS CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. plain meal
3 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
