SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 sm. box short curly macaroni, cooked
8 oz. can shrimp, drained
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. (1/2 c.) fresh mushrooms
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 (10 oz.) pkg. asparagus cut, frozen & cooked
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 slices bacon, crumbled

Cook asparagus cuts, drain. Combine all ingredients, except butter and bread crumbs. Put in 8 x 8 glass pan. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
