SUPER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. frozen peas
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bacon bits
8 oz. shredded cheese

In large bowl layer chopped lettuce, onion, celery, green pepper and peas, spoon mayonnaise on each layer. Sprinkle sugar, cheese and bacon on top, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Toss just before serving.
