LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
4 tbsp. poppy seed
1 c. water
1/2 c. liquid shortening or oil
4 eggs

Mix cake mix, pudding mix and poppy seed. Add water and oil. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each one. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Can just spray with Pam and not flour the pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 15 minutes before taking out.

May sprinkle with powdered sugar or a glaze using powdered sugar, lemon and butter.
