POPPY SEED CAKE II 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 box instant coconut pudding
1/4 c. poppy seed
1 c. hot water

Mix hot water and poppy seed and let soak while you do the next. Mix rest of the ingredients and then add poppy seed and beat 3 minutes. Pour in greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 or 50 minutes. Test at 30 minutes.

DRIZZLE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring ingredients to boil and let boil 2 or 3 minutes. Poke holes into top of cake and drizzle over cake.
