LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1/3 c. poppy seed 1 c. warm water 4 eggs 3/4 c. oil 1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding 1 lemon cake mix 1 tsp. vanilla Soak for 10 minutes 1/3 cup poppy seed in 1 cup warm water. Add 4 eggs, 3/4 cup oil, 1 small package instant lemon pudding, 1 lemon cake mix, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well. Bake in tube or 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. FROSTING: 1 1/2 c. milk 1 pkg. Dream Whip 1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding Beat until thick. |
