SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3-4 med.-lg. sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 stick butter (put in potatoes while hot)
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs (beaten & added to 1/2 c. milk)
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins

Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
