POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter

Mix all ingredients and place in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. nuts

Bake in oven for about 30 or 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
