GREAT POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag thawed hash browns
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 sm.-med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

Mix in 4 quart casserole.

Top with a mixture of: 1/2 stick butter, melted
