VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
3 cans Veg-All, drained
1 can water chestnuts
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 stick butter (divided in two)
1 tube Ritz crackers

Melt 1/2 stick butter in Cheez Whiz. Add drained vegetable and drained chestnuts. Pour in 9x15 inch casserole dish. Crumble Ritz crackers and rest of butter on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
