VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-all, drained
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. sliced water chestnut
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix Veg-all, onions, water chestnuts, cheese and mayonnaise. Pour into a casserole dish. Mix the Ritz crackers and butter and top the casserole with it. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
