VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans lg. chunky style Veg-All
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
3/4 c. mayonnaise, mixed with 2 tsp. sugar

In a greased 3 quart casserole, place Veg-All, chestnuts, and Velveeta cheese; mix well. Over the above, spread the mayonnaise thinly across the top. Spread the Ritz crackers on top of the mayonnaise layer. Thinly slice the butter and layer on top of the crackers. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 45-50 minutes. Serves 6-8 people.
