VEG - ALL BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked noodles
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 can Veg-All

Cook the noodles until tender (about 15 minutes) in 1 1/2 quarts boiling water to which 1 1/2 teaspoon salt have been added. Lightly brown the onion in butter. Add the ground beef and cook slowly until brown. This will take about 10 minutes. Blend in the flour. Add cooked noodles. Add Veg-All including the liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Pour into greased baking dish and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
