VEG-ALL BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked noodles
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter, butter or drippings
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables

Cook the noodles until tender (about 15 minutes) in 1 1/2 quart boiling water to which 1 1/2 tsp. salt has been added. Lightly brown the onion in butter or other fat. Add the ground beef and cook slowly until brown. Blend in the flour. Add cooked noodles. Add Veg-All including the liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Pour into greased baking dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
