RICE CURRY SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. ham, chopped
1 tbsp. pickle relish
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise (approximately)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2-1 tsp. curry powder

Mix all ingredients in bowl and chill. Serve on lettuce bed. Makes 6-8 servings.
