CHICKEN RICE CURRY SALAD 
Make ahead.

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. cooked peas (frozen cooked peas)
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped

Mix all together. Chill overnight.
