OYSTER DRESSING 
3/4 c. butter
1 med. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. celery
1 pt. oysters
6 c. stuffing
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. milk or turkey broth
Oyster liquid

Melt butter. Add onion, celery, parsley and saute. Add drained chopped oysters to heat. Combine with stuffing and seasonings and moisten dressing with broth and oyster liquid.
