6 potatoes
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt
Pepper
1/2 c. butter

Wash potatoes, do not peel, and cut into cubes. Melt butter on a cookie sheet in the oven. Combine flour, cheese, salt, and pepper and coat potatoes. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
