FAMILY POTATO BAKE 
6 lg. potatoes, peeled
1 bunch scallions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sliced almonds

Butter a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shred potatoes and put into bowl of ice water.r Let stand 5 minutes and drain well. Mix potatoes, scallions, garlic and cheese. In small bowl whisk eggs, sour cream, and butter until smooth. Stir in potato mixture. Spread in baking dish and top with sliced almonds. Bake 60 to 70 minutes.
