FAMILY SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/3 stick butter 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. orange juice Mash potatoes. Mix in all other ingredients. Pour into greased dish. Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. melted butter 1 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. flour Mix sugar and flour. Put on potatoes. Sprinkle on pecans and pour butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until crusty. |
