SHRIMP AND TOMATO PASTA 
1/2 lb. raw med. shrimp
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of cayenne
1 tsp. dried basil
Salt to taste
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1/2 c. pitted, chopped black olives
Grated Parmesan cheese
12 oz. capellini or spaghetti noodles

1. Cut cleaned and peeled shrimp in half, lengthwise.

2. Heat oil in large skillet; add onion, garlic and shrimp; saute until shrimp turns pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.

3. Add tomatoes, pepper, cayenne, basil and salt to the onion mixture. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes.

4. Add shrimp, parsley and olives to mixture.

5. Serve over noodles with Parmesan.
