1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple
1 pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 pkg. marshmallows
1 c. thick cream to whip
1 c. cottage cheese

Dissolve 1 package lime Jello and from 1/2 to 1 package marshmallows in 1 cup hot water. Let chill until the Jello mixture is ready to set; then add gently the cup of cream. Have the cream stiff enough to stand in peaks. Add cottage cheese and pineapple, 1/2 cup nuts. Mix and put in buttered molds.
