PUMPKIN DELIGHT 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (13 oz.) can Pet milk
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. melted butter

Beat eggs slightly, add the pumpkin, spice, milk, sugar, and salt. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Add nuts on top. Drizzle butter over all of this. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-80 minutes. Serve warm. Can be reheated.
