JIFFY PUMPKIN DELIGHTS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. pumpkin (1 - 16 oz. can)
4 eggs
2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. light raisins

In a large bowl combine sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs. Beat for 1 minute. Add baking mix, cinnamon and raisins. Spread in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted 10x sugar (confectioners')

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add 10x sugar. Spread over cooled bars.
